Cancellation policy

We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your order shortly after placing it. Our goal is to assist you as efficiently as possible while keeping our order processing smooth and timely.

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

During this initial period, orders generally have not yet entered the processing phase, which makes cancellation possible.

ORDERS ALREADY IN PROCESSING

After the 12-hour cancellation window, your order may already be:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Prepared for shipment

  • Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once an order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait until your order arrives. You may then submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
